A bespoke self-catering treehouse, set in its own peaceful grounds, with beautiful views of the open North Yorkshire countryside and The White Horse of Kilburn.

Unique in design, this charming bespoke treehouse, is a desirable family retreat, featuring a double bed with a sky viewing window to see the stars and moon as night falls and bunk beds for the children or two small adults, ensuite facilities, with a shower, kitchenette with microwave, hob, fridge and kettle, everything you need to enjoy that cosy family mealtime around the rustic wooden table beside the crackling flames of the log fire.

Or eat alfresco. Dining outside, using the BBQ grill in one of the private enclosed seating areas on the unique whiskey barrel chairs and table and light up the firepit whist enjoying the peaceful surroundings. Look out for the cheeky squirrels who frequent the grounds of the treehouse.

Cosy up for a magical evening when the treehouse becomes illuminated beneath the stars with fluffy blankets and cushions and enjoy a family board game or two or step down from the decking to relax in the inviting ambience of the bubbling waters of the undercover hot tub…. bliss!!

Bringing the children, we have a bouncy castle, inflatable slide, trampoline and a bucking broncho, which can all be set up for your arrival, for them to enjoy. (at an extra cost)

we also allow dogs, we have 56 acres of land, with a fishing lake and the surrounding area is gret for long walks.
